1. Scope

This Return & Withdrawal Policy applies to all orders placed through the Levitate Vodka webshop.

A distinction is made between:

• Consumers (B2C)
• Business Customers (B2B)

PART A – CONSUMERS (B2C)

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

• You acquire physical possession of the goods, or
• A third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

3. Exception for Alcoholic Products (Sealed Goods)

Due to the nature of alcoholic products:

• Opened bottles cannot be returned.
• Products with broken seals are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health and safety reasons.

The right of withdrawal expires once the bottle seal has been broken.

Only fully sealed and unopened products qualify for return under the withdrawal right.

4. Conditions for Return

Products must:

• Be unopened and unused
• Have the original seal fully intact
• Be undamaged
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include the original gift box (if applicable) in undamaged condition

If returned goods show signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, a depreciation in value may be deducted from the refund.

5. Return Procedure

To withdraw from your purchase:

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Include:

   • Clear statement of withdrawal

After notification, you must return the goods within 14 days.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend returning products via an insured shipment with tracking.

Levitate Vodka is not liable for returned parcels that are lost or damaged during transport.

7. Refund

Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund:

• The full purchase price of the returned goods
• The original standard delivery costs

Note: Additional costs arising from choosing a premium or express delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we:

• Receive the returned goods, or
• Receive proof that the goods have been returned

Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence must be provided

In such cases, Levitate Vodka will arrange:

• Replacement, or
• Refund

At our discretion after review.

Failure to report within the stated timeframe may limit your rights.

PART B – BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)

9. No Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Orders placed via the B2B portal are legally binding.

10. Returns (B2B)

Returns are only accepted if:

• Explicitly agreed in writing
• Goods were delivered incorrectly
• Goods were damaged during transport

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

11. Transport Damage (B2B)

Any visible transport damage must:

• Be noted on the delivery documentation upon receipt
• Be reported in writing within 48 hours

Failure to follow this procedure may result in loss of entitlement to claim.

12. Orders on Credit

If goods were purchased on credit:

• Invoice obligations remain in force unless and until a return is accepted
• Returned goods do not automatically suspend payment obligations
• Approved returns will be credited accordingly

Levitate Vodka reserves the right to offset outstanding balances against approved credits.

13. Non-Accepted Deliveries

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed:

• Storage and return transport costs may be charged
• Payment obligations remain in force

14. Non-Returnable Goods

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened bottles
• Broken-seal products
• Damaged gift boxes caused after delivery
• Customized or personalized products
• Special bulk orders arranged for B2B
