Craft
Levitate is produced in Spain, where the entire process is carried out in small batches from start to finish. The grain is processed into a mash that is fermented and then carefully distilled in copper stills. This controlled and precise process results in a clear base distillate that is often found in premium vodkas. Each step is deliberately kept small so that the quality remains tangible and no detail is lost.
After the first distillation, a second pass refines the distillate to a cleaner and smoother structure. The spirit is then passed through a fine-mesh filter system designed to achieve maximum clarity. The water used to determine the final strength is purified separately with carbon so that the balance between smoothness and freshness remains fully under control. I didn't start Levitate to sell a story. I simply wanted to make a vodka that was genuinely better than anything I had tasted. No sharp edges. No hidden compromises. Just purity and tranquility in taste. When I realized that this was nowhere to be found, I decided to make it myself.
That choice determined everything that came after. Every detail had to serve one purpose: to create a vodka that speaks for itself. That's why the bottle is deliberately minimalist. Calm. Simple. No distractions. It had to radiate the same clarity that I wanted to achieve in the taste. If something doesn't contribute to quality, it doesn't belong there.
Levitate is my way of showing that a product can be more than just a category. It can set a standard. No exaggerated luxury, just quiet precision. No marketing story, just a result that speaks for itself. This is the vodka I felt had to exist, and now it finally does.
